C+ currently relies on Zivio for Services Procurement functionality. This project aims to establish equivalent capabilities within XMS, reducing dependency on third-party platforms and the associated business risks. The need for this capability has been reinforced by RTS recently losing opportunities, including the Blue Light contract awarded to Adecco through its use of VectorVMS, due to the absence of services procurement functionality within our proprietary systems. Developing this functionality in XMS will strengthen C+’s proposition in future tenders, providing a competitive, end-to-end solution while continuing to complement external platforms such as Zivio where appropriate.

A ‘Proposal’ is a formal, persuasive document submitted by a supplier or service provider in response to an opportunity distributed by a client. This EPIC focuses on establishing a new object record, similar to submission, where a vendor submits their bid for a project. This record will hold the details of their proposal (initially most likely as an attachment), alongside core information (e.g., cost; timelines).
